N1  - The book "Judicial Untruth" deals with the problem of judicial untruth contained in the judgements of ICTY as far as the civil war in Bosnia in period 1992 - 1995 is concerned. This book is divided into three parts. In the first one the author is dealing with an unlawful construction created in the practice of the Hague Tribunal, called by the same Tribunal "a joint criminal enterprise". Second part of the book is dealing with political anatomy of the Trial Chamber judgement in case of Dr. Radovan Karadzic. The third part is devoted to the explanation of the unconstitutional retroactive implementation of incrimination crimes against humanity in the practice of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
